The only requirements are:

The bike has not been ridden
more than 300 miles based on the
odometer reading at the time of delivery.
§
The bike must be in the same physical
condition as it was at the
time of delivery and have all accessories
that came with the
bike at time of delivery.

There are no signs of customer
abuse or neglect.

The 3 – day period starts the day
of delivery unless the bike is delivered
after 2:00 P.M.; if so, the 3 – day
period will start the next day.
Bikes that are shipped
“sight unseen”:

The 3 – day period will start the
day the bike is received by you from
the shipper.

Bike must be received by Team
Mancuso Powersports within 21 days of your
notice to us (within 3-days of
receipt from shipper) that you are returning
the bike. All return shipping
expenses will be the responsibility of the
customer with the exception of a
bike that is being returned due to an
inaccurate description of the bike’s
